General

How does it work?

When you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged at the time that the checkout process is completed. Your first package will be shipped the following month and delivered on the custom date selected. The subscriptions are set to auto renew each month on the same date as the initial sign up date.

Do you offer allergen free or gluten free packages?

At this time, we are unable to offer allergen free and gluten free packages although we are working hard to accommodate this in the future!

Can I get past months’ packages?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer past packages.

Is there a phone number for The PMS Package?

Because we believe we are best able to offer support through email and social media, we do not have a phone number.

Account

How do I change my delivery date or change my address?

Upon check out, you will create an account with us. You can login to chage your delivery date and address. If you come across any problems, email our customer service team, support@thepmspackage.com.

How do I cancel a package?

Upon check-out, you will create an account with us. To cancel, simply go to our website and press the “sign in” link in the top right corner. From here, log in with your account information created at check out. On this page, you can cancel your subscription. When you cancel your subscription, this only prevents it from renewing in upcoming months. You will still receive any packages that you were charged for that have not been shipped yet. If you decide you want to receive packages again from us, simply go to our website and press the “sign in” link in the top right corner, under your account you can reactivate, It will charge upon the next renewal date.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

To reset your password, please go to log in on our site and click the “forgot password” link. You will then be emailed a link to reset your password.

Do you offer custom packages?

We currently do not have the option to customize, but we are working hard on this. Stay tuned!

Shipping

How does shipping work?

Depending on which week you choose for your package to ship out, we will send your package at that time via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, this typically takes 2-3 days to reach you. Please be advised on rare occasions USPS delays do happen.

How can I track my package?

To track your package, please click here or go to the bottom of our website and click the link labeled “Track Your Package”.

How much does shipping cost?

United States:
Mini: $7.00
Featured: $7.00
Premium: $7.00

International:
International shipping varies by country. To find out how much it will cost, please select your package and add-ons. When you go to checkout, it will auto calculate the cost before you decide whether or not to purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship domestically to the United States and internationally to Australia, Canada, Mexico and United Kingdom! Please be aware, customs duty fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Billing

When will I be billed?

You will be rebilled each month on the same day that you signed up for your subscription.

How do I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, please log in on our website with your account you created during check out. From there, you will be able to update your billing information.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Diners Club.
